Julie serves as the President of Ruppert Properties, a real estate investment, development and management firm located in downtown Frederick. A second-generation company leader and Ruppert family member, Julie also serves on the board of her family’s foundation, who’s mission centers on advancing childhood wellness and promoting environmental justice. Prior to joining the Ruppert team, Julie worked for The Bozzuto Group where she supported the operations for a range of residential and mixed-use assets throughout the DMV area. Julie received her Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business and is currently pursuing her master’s in real estate at Georgetown University.
