In response to feedback from 2019 Nonprofit Summit attendees, we invited Keynote Speaker, Patrick Jinks, to lead a follow-up interactive coaching session for Board Members and Executive Directors. Patrick Jinks is a Leadership and Strategy Coach at the The Jinks Perspective and author of “Strategic Fail: Why Nonprofit Strategic Planning Fails, & How to Fix It.”  Participants attended both in person and streamed the session on Facebook Live!

The session provided some practical tips and tools to keep a board engaged at the right level and aligned with the organization.  Patrick generously offered to share the following resources he provided at the session.
